My connection to music started early.

In the 80s, I grew up around my parents’ vinyl collection, with a strong influence from Eurodisco and Italo Disco. Toward the end of the 80s, I got into breakdance and hip-hop — that was my first real connection to music culture.

In the early 90s, I was especially into Hip House, followed by Eurodance and Techno. At that time, I wasn’t producing music yet, but I was already deeply involved in music and the local club scene — spending a lot of time around DJs, learning from the atmosphere, and creating my own sets from time to time.

I was also part of a Eurodance band, where we had several successful live performances.

Around that time, I got heavily into megamixes. Releases from labels like Blanco y Negro and DJs like DJ Deep had a strong influence on me — especially the flow, the structure, and the way energy is built across a mix.

Later on, my taste expanded into Rave, Hardcore, Trance, Trap and Rap.

In the early 2000s, I started creating my first own productions under the name Bad Master Dim. It was a raw but important phase where I began turning ideas into actual tracks.

Over the years, my focus shifted more and more toward production and mixing — understanding how tracks connect, how energy develops, and how to keep people engaged from start to finish.

Today, as Kutumoff, i produce tracks, remixes, bootlegs, mashups, and mix sets — combining influences from different eras and styles. Alongside my electronic roots, I also enjoy working with more modern sounds like Trap and Phonk.

I don’t always follow rules or genre boundaries — I mix styles that don’t always seem to fit, experiment with contrasts, and create what feels right in the moment. That’s part of the process — and part of the fun.

For me, music has always been about energy, atmosphere, and connection — and that’s exactly what I try to bring into everything I create.
